The Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates that "the fire resistance of building components, building materials, and interior decoration and decorative materials must comply with national standards; where there are no national standards, they must comply with industry standards. Layer-by-layer material selection makes the structure more stable

The multi-layer board products are made from high-quality Northeast poplar wood that is more than 30 years old and naturally cured for 180 days, through dozens of processes such as drying, cold pressing, and hot pressing.

The board is composed of an odd number of veneers, with the fibers of adjacent veneers perpendicular to each other. The longitudinal layers are fully spliced, which comprehensively improves the product's bonding strength and structural stability. The board surface is flat, with clear layers, and is moisture-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and weather-resistant.

Fully transparent process, more flame retardant

Using 360° high-pressure, fully penetrating flame retardant technology, the flame retardant completely penetrates the wood fibers, creating a flame retardant layer by layer from the inside out. This cuts off the oxygen supply, prevents energy exchange between the wood surface and the environment, slows down the thermal decomposition of the wood, and inhibits the generation of combustible gases.

Safe and environmentally friendly, smoke-suppressing and non-toxic

The 6th generation environmentally friendly resin glue process, with 15 international physical and chemical indicators tested in real time, has environmental performance that is superior to that of peers and national standards.

B1 flame retardant performance can effectively inhibit the burning and spread of fireworks, reduce the smoke concentration and toxicity of burning materials, and create conditions for fire evacuation and rescue.

National testing and certification are more authoritative

After testing by national authoritative organizations, the product has passed the B1 grade flame retardant material test of GB8624-2012 "Classification of Combustion Performance of Building Materials and Products" and complies with the flame retardant material standard GB20286-2006 "Combustion Performance Requirements and Labeling of Flame Retardant Products and Components in Public Places".

Indicators such as flame retardancy, smoke suppression, and smoke toxicity all meet or even exceed the national B1 grade flame retardant material requirements.
