Increasing the adhesive dosage increases the area covered by the adhesive, strengthening the bonding between fibers and ultimately increasing the internal bond strength of the board.

Surface bond strength reflects the processing and use performance of the board product. If this performance does not meet the standard, the board will be prone to problems such as loose structure, delamination, and detachment of the decorative surface during use. If the surface of the board is relatively rough and uneven, its surface bond strength will be weakened.
