01. Definition of wood board

Woodworking board, also known as blockboard, commonly known as core board, refers to a special plywood made on the basis of plywood production, with wooden strips or hollow boards as the core board, and two or more layers of plywood on both sides, which are pressed together by glue.

It is mainly composed of two layers of veneer and a core. The core is made of wooden strips of a certain standard size. The whole board is made of two pieces of veneer glued and spliced ​​in the middle.

The core of the board is carefully selected from small and fine square materials from Indonesia and Malaysia, and is seamlessly spliced ​​together by imported fully automatic board-jointing machines. It is dense and neat, ensuring better solidity and stronger nail holding power.

Super flat

Imported fully automatic middle board splicing machines are used to avoid unevenness such as core overlap and core separation. After three sandings by imported high-precision sanding machines, the flatness of the entire board is more than ten times better than that of ordinary wood boards on the market.

High strength

After the ultra-high temperature and ultra-high pressure pressing process at 120°C, the glue fully penetrates and dehydrates, polymerizes and solidifies, significantly improving the bending strength and bonding strength of the wood panel.

Anti-deformation

Imported computer numerically controlled constant temperature thermal oil hot press and digital moisture meter are used to strictly control the moisture content of the board core to match the average moisture content of the use area, ensuring that the wood board is stable and resistant to deformation.

06. Quality of wood panels

Wood panels undergo rigorous quality inspections before they are released for sale. Inspections by a leading quality and technical supervision and testing institute have shown that the panels fully comply with the requirements of GB/T 5849-2016, achieving excellent levels of moisture content, transverse static bending strength, and immersion peeling performance. In particular, environmental testing revealed formaldehyde emissions of 0.019 mg/m³, far exceeding the national standard (≤0.124 mg/m³), creating a safe and healthy home space for homeowners.
