The application of scientific research and technology in wood panels is primarily in the glue, which is the source of formaldehyde issues. The soy glue used in the panels is purely plant-based, MDI glue is formaldehyde-free, and photocatalyst technology is effective in sterilizing. These technologies contribute directly to making the panels healthier and more environmentally friendly.

We have two smart factories, three production bases, and Industry 4.0 equipment. Not only do we have large-scale production capacity, but we also employ a more intelligent approach to the production process. We have imported Italian IMA-PAR three-layer super screens, surface and core airflow separators, an internationally leading eight-foot continuous press, and a German GRECON online thickness tester. These enable precise control of the production process, providing a foundation for scientific production. These advanced equipment not only improves production efficiency but, more importantly, accurately controls product parameters, ensuring superior product quality.
