2. After opening the package, it should be used promptly. If the use period is too long, the temporarily unused product should be packaged properly, and the bottom and top layers of the board should be placed with complete pads and cover plates to prevent the outermost finished product from being exposed to a humid environment for a long time, resulting in uneven moisture content and causing warping and deformation of the board.

On-site requirements:
1. This product is a non-structural plate and should be used in mechanically balanced areas to avoid deformation or breakage due to excessive external forces.
2. This product is for indoor use and is not suitable for outdoor landscaping or the production of corresponding wooden products.
3. Before use, check whether the product's specifications, dimensions, moisture content, formaldehyde emission level and appearance quality (such as cracking, blistering, bottom transparency, carbonization, wormholes, etc.) meet the quality requirements. It can be processed and used only if there are no abnormalities.
3. During the decoration or wood product production process, the construction environment should be clean and tidy. Handle with care when moving to avoid scratching the surface.
4. When cutting the product, the main saw and the marking bottom saw should be used at the same time to avoid edge collapse on the back.
5. Do not use rough cleaning tools to wipe the board surface, and do not use sharp tools to drag on the surface to avoid scratching the surface.

1. When ecological boards are used in customized interior decoration projects, the room should maintain a certain degree of dryness. If the humidity is high in the rainy season and causes woodlice to spread to the surface of the product, it has nothing to do with the material and performance of the product, but is caused by the influence of environmental humidity.
2. Ecological boards are made of wood materials and contain various wood extracts, most of which are aliphatic compounds, terpenes or terpenoids, aromatic compounds, etc. The wood smell they release is a natural component and does not contain volatile harmful substances such as formaldehyde and TVOC.
3. For indoor use, all types of wood products and custom furniture based on eco-friendly boards should be tested for formaldehyde concentration according to the national standard "Indoor Air Quality Standard" (GB/T18883-2002). Do not use simple formaldehyde testers to determine airborne formaldehyde levels. Commercially available formaldehyde testers use electrochemical sensors that are affected by wood odors, small molecules, alcohol-based perfumes, and other alcoholic substances, resulting in falsely high formaldehyde test results. The environmental performance of a board should be determined based on the formaldehyde emission level indicated on its label.
4. When customizing furniture made from eco-friendly boards for use during the northern heating season (winter), the extremely dry air (below 30%) and the high indoor temperature (around 24°C) caused by heating can easily cause cracking in the wood surface. Therefore, the following recommendations are made: 1) During custom furniture construction, maintain good indoor ventilation and a room temperature around 15°C. 2) After renovation, if the home is unoccupied, place a basin of water or use a humidifier to increase humidity. Open windows regularly to maintain a room temperature around 15°C. 3) For winter heating environments, place basins of water, plant plants, or use a humidifier to raise the relative humidity, increasing comfort and reducing surface defects in the wood caused by dry air.
